How do I personalise my print?

Simply add the product to your cart and fill in the personalisation details (name, date, location, or lyrics) in the text fields provided. You will recieve an email with a graphic to confirm all of the details are correct before the physical works takes place. I won't begin making your frame until you have confirmed the graphic and are 100% happy.

How long does delivery take in Ireland?

Standard delivery within Ireland usually takes 2 days max after posting. I use next day delivery, however this can be unpredictable during busy periods. All post is tracked and you will be provided with your tracking number as soon as the package has been dispatched.

Can I send a print as a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the delivery address and add a personalised gift message — I will make sure it arrives beautifully packaged.

Do your prints come framed?

Yes absolutley. Every artwork comes fully framed in a beautiful solid wooden frame. All wall fixings are also included. Just hang it up when it arrives. Easy.

What if I make a mistake in my personalisation details?

Everything is double checked before printing. You will recieve an email to confirm all of the details are correct BEFORE printing. Once confirmed I will send to print and begin working on your order.
